In the heart of the Amazon rainforest, Villa Wasi de la Poetry is an ecological and artistic place. Accessible only by boat from Yurimaguas, the villa is located a stone's throw from the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve , considered the jewel of the Peruvian Amazon jungle and one of the greatest sources of biodiversity in the world. Also called the "forest of mirrors" because of the incredible reflection of the sky on the water, the reserve is a true paradise for nature lovers. It is located in a region containing one of the largest numbers of endemic and endangered species.

Villa Wasi is also a place of residence for artists and environmental activists. With regular proposals for educational workshops with the Kuk a m a kuk a miri a community living on the banks of the Huallaga River. We also facilitate excursions in the reserve with experienced guides.
